Our welding gloves are made of split cowhide, grain cowhide, pigskin, goatskin, etc. There're many styles of welding gloves combined with different leather and lining according to different requirements.
1）Welding leather selection,
MIG welding gloves are made of split cowhide, pig leather, and lining. TIG welding gloves are made of soft and light goatskin leather.
2）welding gloves' lining,
Most welding gloves are sewn with lining, but not all welding gloves have a lining.
3)Welding gloves' size,
For welding gloves, there're sizes of 11 inches,12 inches,13 inches,14 inches,16 inches, etc. These inches mean the glove length, there are some differences in glove's width conform to the different length.
4)welding gloves' application.
Most welding gloves are used in MIG weld, Steel & Metal, Heavy Duty, Gardening, etc.
5)welding gloves' quality.
As we have our own tannery, Split cowhide is made by ourselves. We use environmental chemicals, so our leather meets the EU standard. Our leather will not be stiff, It won't smell the odor. Welding glove's leather thickness normally ranges from 0.9mm to 1.3mm. Our Leather has features of sturdy, flexibility which makes gloves last long.
Workmanship Each glove uses the same mould and same stitching. We require 7 to 9 stitched per inch. There're 3-yard thread or kevlar stitches for the gloves.
6)Factory capacity.
The capacity can meet the requirement. We've two standardized plants in different areas. Assembly lines are used in glove and work clothes factory. Work efficiency is high than the normal ones.
