We develop and manufacture complex steel components for the international industry. These are cast using the investment casting method ('lost wax' or 'precision casting'). We are glad to share ideas with you about complex 3D designs that must be cast in series. Our casting process is high-tech, environmentally friendly and reliable.

Cast iron components
Our foundries produce nodular and ductile cast iron components between 0.1 and 200 kg in the materials EN-GJL and EN-GJS. In addition, we manufacture various special alloys for a large number of well-known customers in Europe and worldwide.

Stainless steel and steel components
In our production facility near Augsburg, we manufacture components from various materials such as stainless steel alloys and steel. Laser cuts, punched parts and complex components. We also manufacture stainless steel in qualities such as 1.4016, 1.4301 and 1.4571.

The building materials business unit has been an essential part of the ZÜRN group of companies for almost 60 years. Our aim is to be a reliable and competent supplier and partner for our customers in the field of road construction and civil engineering.
