Chamber doctor blade systems are used in the printing units of flexographic printing presses and the coating units of offset printing presses to transfer the ink to the anilox roller, from where it is transferred to the printing plate/cylinder. A correctly adjusted chamber doctor blade system with suitable doctor blades and seals is immensely important for an even and correctly dosed ink transfer to ensure an even and consistent print image.

AURICH INNOVATIONEN has developed a door hinge for industrial use (door manufacturer) with braking function, which retains the characteristic of a maintenance-free smooth-running hinge.
Due to the design of the "torsion-free" KS bearing in "conical" construction, the dead weight of the door leaf determines the braking effect and thus the door stops in any desired position.

According to the test results of a hinge manufacturer, this new design can compensate for an inclined position of the door frame (frame) of approximately 5 millimetres.
Due to the same external design of the mounting elements, these hinges can be easily used by the door industry or exchanged later.
