The TCC Group was established in 2004 with 15 years of experience in foundry production and four factories with different production processes.
TCA-All cast steel products from 3 grams to 100 kilograms up to 1 meter in size can be produced using a silica sol investment casting process with a surface roughness of Ra 3.2 and a linear tolerance for castings meeting ISO 8062 Ct Class 4 standards.
TCP-Sodium silicate-silica sol composite casting process, casting weight between 50 g and 100 kg products, dimensional accuracy in accordance with ISO 8062 Ct 7-Ct8, surface roughness Ra6.3-12.5.
TCY-sand casting process, the production of less than three tons of sand casting products.
CLRMIM-Metal powder injection processes are used to produce products weighing between 0.1 g and 100 g with a surface roughness of Ra 0.8-0.16.
