MEGATRON® Inline Powder induction Disperser for your production
The patented MEGATRON® Powder Induction line answers virtually every powder induction problem through its specific aspiration method which creates a strong vacuum. In addition, specially designed powder inlet geometries prevent bridging and clogging of the powder inlet port. Throughout the process, the Kinematica system is able to keep highest level of suction which is for the most part independent of the liquid circulation in the machine. This is very important when working with higher solid concentrations and rising viscosities. Depending on the characteristics of the specific powder and formulation, we can obtain concentration levels up to 80%. Our unit is able to add powder to liquid virtually dust-free. Our Powder Induction Line currently has two different models. The first is the MT-VPR or Recirculation unit which is used for processing fixed amounts of powder and liquid. The second is the MT-VPC or Continuous unit which is used for processing of non-fixed or infinite amounts of powder and liquid, each of which is added with controlled flow rates. Our Sales Representatives in consultation with our engineering department are able to recommend and determine the proper configuration for any specific application.

Basic principles of MT-VPR and MT-VPC
1. The Powder Induction Rotor generates a vacuum for powder intake and aides in the wetting of the powder.
2. The generated vacuum is normally independent
from the liquid flow rate and to a certain degree from the outlet back
pressure.
3.The integrated rotor/stator produces the final dispersion or suspension.
4. Depending on the configuration, vessels can or must be used for recirculation

ADVANTAGES
