For over 50 years, ALHO has been producing modular buildings as a sustainable alternative to conventionally constructed buildings. UNIBEP is well established construction group on residential construction market of Warsaw metropolitan area. In period of few recent years Unibep managed to build more than 40 multi-family residential areas in Warsaw. More than 6000 ready flats with usable area of approx. 400,000. m2 is evidence for UNIBEP’s strong position among general contractors of residential construction trade. In Białystok, UNIBEP is involved in building complex of apartments at 1000-lecia Street.

Apart from constructing Aquapark with swimming pool in Suwałki, Unibep also executed Multifunctional Show and Sports Hall in Częstochowa, which is to be commissioned later this year.
In couple of recent years, the company is dynamically developing in hotel construction segment, executing many prestigious investments, above all 4**** Radisson Sas Hotel in Kaliningrad along with office and services complex and „Pulkowo” Business Centre with 4**** Crowne Plaza Hotel in St. Petersburg, 4**** „Victoria” Hotel in Minsk, Belarus or Hilton Hotel nearby „Vnukovo” airport near Moscow.
“Galeria Alfa” commercial centre in Białystok or “Suwałki Plaza” commercial gallery in Suwałki are among Unibep’s executed realizations.
Since 8 April 2008 UNIBEP S.A. has been quoted at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
