Here, too, modern equipment and professional work are just as much a part of our daily business as work safety and the protection of existing buildings.You will observe different assembly teams doing different jobs. Using a medium-sized hall as an example, the assembly would look like this:
br>First of all, the steel construction is assembled with a crane and lifting platforms. For this purpose, first the foundations or the base plate are checked for accuracy and then the axes are measured. These are used to precisely mark out the anchoring, drill it and set the anchor bolts.
After cleaning the area, the hall frames are assembled on the floor in a horizontal position and lifted and erected at the same time by crane. In doing so, you will observe how the shape and form of your hall increases more and more.
Once the scaffolding has been erected and aligned, another assembly crew comes in, specialising in roofing and wall cladding. The elements are lifted with the crane and then professionally and quickly laid. Simultaneously, windows, doors and gates are installed again by other assembly teams. The safekeeping is the crowning glory and before you know it, your hall will be ready in a short time according to the size of your project.
