We, the Robert Winkelsträter GmbH & Co.KG - were founded in 1952 in Schwelm,
which you can find in the southern part of the “Ruhr-area” in the western part of Germany
Nowadays, our headquarter and our production halls were located in the industrial
area “Oelkinghausen” in Ennepetal, near by Schwelm.
In this buildings, 18 employees are producing, commissioning and selling their products:

• pressed parts and bent components (e. g. hinges and fittings)
• turned- or wire-bent pieces
• laser cut parts for small series and short delivery time
• connection elements or component assemblies

Additional to our standard product-range we have also production of customised parts.

We are your specialist for the production of stamped parts, bent parts, deep-drawn parts, assembly parts, embossed parts and fittings made of various materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum as well as copper and brass.
We see ourselves as a competent consultant and active partner in your development process. In close consultation with you, we find functional solutions. We attach great importance to cost-effective and efficient production. The cooperation begins with the formulation of the requirement profile. Our designers then design the corresponding component on modern CAD workstations. We manufacture all tools, devices and special machines in our own tool shop.

FUHR is a middle class family business, whose headquarters have been located in the hardware mecca of Heiligenhaus since 1859. Here the company got their own research and development department, up-to-date testing equipment and an extensive array of manufacturing facilities.
The product spectrum reaches from modern window locking technology (turn and tilt) to forward looking multipoint locking systems (MULTISAFE), suitable for main entrance doors in houses and apartments.
With an innovative range of products which contains automatic-, panic- and motorised locks FUHR takes position in the increasing market of comfort and security requirement.
In addition to the manufacturing headquarters in Heiligenhaus FUHR also owns manufacturing plants in other countries like Poland for example, which are also certificated strict to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 guidelines.
With its staff of round about 220 people at the headquarters and an additional 100 very dedicated people operating out of various locations on behalf of FUHR, the company realized an export share of 75%.
Mainly in the Netherlands, the UK, the USA and the increasing market in eastern-europe.

KEPT INDUSTRY CO., LTD is a globally renowned supplier of nice-quality lock cylinders, door and window fittings. We focus on providing design services, customized OEM production and technical support for European and North American customers.

We are familiar with the EN standards of the European market and the German DIN standards. Currently, more than 70% of our customers in Europe are hardware manufacturers, brand owners, or industry customers in the field of door and window.

There are 4 production bases (more than 600 employees), ensuring seamless supply chain management and rapid customization capabilities, and maintaining stable quality.
