The Double Rod Mat is a robust and proven fencing system for industrial and private use. The individual mat heights range from 630mm to 2430mm (in 200mm intervals). The field lengths are 2510mm. The mesh sizes are available in 50x200mm or 100x200mm. The vertical and horizontal bars are resistance spot welded and are available in two different wire thicknesses. Wire thickness vertical x horizontal (6/8mm) or (6/6mm). Depending on the fence height, the matching posts are supplied with base plates for dowelling, or as an extended post for setting in concrete. Three different mounting types are available in the range, optionally with a U-bracket mounting (stainless steel), a cover strip or with a clamp connection. The double rod mats are offered hot-dip galvanised or hot-dip galvanised and powder coated in the standard RAL colours moss green (6005), pure white (9010) or stone grey (7030). It is also possible to coat in other RAL colours. Installation is relatively simple, simply screw the double rod mat between the posts, set in concrete or dowel it on with a foot plate
