ALFLACH is an assembly system for use with ballasting, for simple and quick assembly of photovoltaic systems on plane grounds and roofs with a slope of up to 5°. The load capacity should be checked by the customer before.
Apart for the standard range for elevations, the delivery includes dowels for fastening in concrete as well as T-angles and plastic plates for taking up the ballast. Our delivery don´t include concrete stones and gravel. We determine the necessary ballast weight for the case in hand, taking into consideration all static data such as snow load, wind load, inherent loads, spacer angles as well as module size and position.
For exploiting the optimum effects of the season, we recommend to position the module at 30°. The universally all-purpose triangle construction made from aluminium L-profiles for screwing or ready-welded is already tried and tested for other fields of application. Taking into consideration the mounting instructions provided by the module producer, the modules can be assembled vertically or horizontally.
