For millions of people, the start of the day begins with a morning shower. Many people only really wake up when the cool water wets their skin and is either cool and refreshing or warm and relaxing. Other people prefer to take a shower in the evening and then lie down in their own bed with a fresh feeling. The desired heat is set by simple temperature controllers so that everyone can adjust the right temperature for him or her. With shower gel and shampoo the body and hair are cleaned and a feeling of well-being is created. The shower gel is distributed over the body and rinsed off with water. Many people sing in the shower and/or listen to the radio to start the day. In summer, however, it is quite common to take a shower during the day to cool off. In winter, many people prefer the bathtub to the shower, as it is even more relaxing for many people. Nowadays most showers offer a shower curtain or a shower wall, so that the water is not distributed on the floor in the bathroom, but remains in the shower. The singer of the doctors, Farin Urlaub, has even dedicated his own song to the shower, in which he describes it as his friend.
