GCER designs and manufactures GRP and thermoplastic piping and boilermaking systems, complementing its offering with a metal construction activity, which addresses a variety of sectors and offers a complete service, from design to on-site supervision.

Initially designed as a very small business enterprise and merely intended to cater to the close environs, the company has developed at a rapid pace in the last two decades after Mr. Karl-Heinz Schräder took over the reins of the company. After the relocation of the company in 1987, Schräder now produces modern chimney technology made of stainless steel in the industrial zone of "Hemsack" in three industrial halls.
In order to meet the demands of foresighted technology in interplay with functional and economical production methods, it was easy for Schräder to decide in favour of using exclusively high-grade stainless steel as material. The hundred percent recyclability of this material reinforces our company philosophy, i.e. to perceptibly reduce environmental pollution. However, only continuous and effective quality checks – in interplay with modern technology, forward-looking manufacturing processes and long-standing experience in chimney technology - transform a finished product into a custom-made Schräder component. At the same time, the entire production process is subjected to continuous control, in order to ultimately guarantee the optimised service life of the end product.
New, trend-setting chimney technology is protected under patent rights held all over Europe and allows you as customer to gain a significant edge in the area of the latest exhaust technology. Furthermore, it is our policy to offer you optimal service. In the process, it is a matter of course for Schräder to offer you all its support during the planning and conception of your project. The preparation of quotations and cross-sectional calculations as well as punctual deliveries and fabrication of special parts are only a part of our customer-oriented practice.
