Alpha Calcit Füllstoffgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG is one of the leading suppliers of white fillers to numerous industries in Europe, USA, Africa and Asia. The company, which is rich in tradition, was founded in 1919 and has since been run as a purely family-owned enterprise now in its 3rd generation.
The entire value-added chain, from raw material deposits own mining, processing and production facilities to sales and distribution
is vertically integrated in the Alpha Calcit - Group. Own production companies of the Alpha Calcit - Group are located where excellent raw materials are available, which guarantee the production of best mineral fillers in the long run and future-proof.
A total of more than 115 employees ensure presence in the market. Production sites are located in Germany, Austria, Italy and Turkey.
Our product portfolio is based on bright white fillers. As mineralogical-chemical basis, in addition to
- natural calcium carbonates in crystalline and microcrystalline form
- natural layered silicates such as talc
- synthetically hydroxides (ATH)
- precipitated carbonates (PCC)
- other silicates and
- titanium dioxides
are used. Some product classes are supplied both non-treated and surface as well as surface modified.

Marble/Granite Precision Products - Custom-made platforms, machine tool components, V-blocks, angle squares, square boxes and other measuring tools/structural parts. Leveraging natural stone’s high rigidity, low thermal expansion coefficient, wear resistance and no deformation, custom design by drawing is accepted for size, structure and precision requirements. Suitable for precision machining, inspection & calibration, machine tool matching and other scenarios.

Granite and Marble Machinery Components Series are made of high-quality natural dense granite and marble, featuring stable structure formed by hundreds of millions of years of natural aging. Key material advantages include low thermal expansion coefficient, excellent vibration damping (3x higher than steel), high rigidity, and wear resistance with Mohs hardness above grade 6. Typical products cover lithography machine bases, semiconductor wafer stages, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) bases, laser cutting machine bases, precision components for liquid crystal panel production lines, and aerospace air-float test bench platforms, meeting the micron-level stable operation requirements of high-end precision equipment. The products are non-magnetic, acid and alkali resistant (water absorption rate ＜0.13%), requiring no additional anti-rust maintenance and no deformation risk during long-term use. Custom design by drawing is accepted, with adjustable size, structure, mounting holes, embedded steel sleeves and surface polishing precision. Complex structure forming is achieved through multiple processes including CNC machining, precision grinding, grooving and drilling. Quality is controlled throughout the process via ultrasonic flaw detection, flatness testing and material density testing, suitable for harsh industrial scenarios such as semiconductor, precision manufacturing, aerospace and electronic manufacturing.
