HMC AD is a family company established in 1990 as a ferrous metals trading company and over the years the focus has gradually shifted to production. G-Plan wurde im Jahre 1985 vom Senior Büroinhaber M. Guberac, als freiberuflich, unabhängig tätiges Ingenieur –und Fachplanerbüro der Fachrichtung Metall -und Fassadenbautechnik gegründet. Mit dem Schwerpunkt Werk -und Ausführungsplanung für Metallbauunternehmen.
Zur Erweiterung der Dienstleistungen wurde die fachtechnische Beratung und Ausschreibung für Bauherren und Architekten nach HOAI / AHO Leistungsphasen 1 - 8 ergänzt. Als Sachverständiger der Fachrichtung Metall - Glas - Fassadenbautechnik ist Herr M. Guberac als Dipl. Sachverständiger für Metall –und Fassadenbautechnik gutachterlich tätig.
Nach Abschluss seines Bauingenieur-Studiums und mehrjähriger Tätgkeit als Bauleiter wird das Büro G-Plan auch vom Junior Büroinhaber S. Guberac mitgeführt. Das Büro G-Plan ist ein zugelassener Ausbildungsbetrieb und bildet Jungkonstrukteure der Fachrichtung Fassadenbautechnik aus. M. Guberac ist Mitglied des Prüfungsausschusses der IHK Karlsruhe der Fachrichtung Metallbau-Fassadenbautechnik.
Die Planung erfolgt über moderne CAD-Systeme weiterhin werden GEAB-konforme Ausschreibungen mit Hilfe neuester Lizenzsoftware erstellt.
Im Durchschnitt werden 5 Mitarbeiter aus der Fachrichtung konstruktiver Fassadenbau sowie Auszubildende beschäftigt.
Durch langjährige Berufserfahrung, Schulungsmaßnahmen und Mitgliedschaften verfügt das Büro über das Know-How und ist immer auf dem aktuellen Wissensstand der Regel und Stand der Technik.
