geersCUTTING offers you the possibility of producing individual manhole covers for any application in no time at all. The spectrum ranges from the rather "cosmetic" concealment of small recesses by means of discreet thin sheet metal cuts to covers made of structural steel which can also permanently withstand the load of cars driving over them (for example in the form of manhole covers).
In order to guarantee maximum fitting accuracy for all orders, geersCUTTING manufactures according to customer-generated template files. This does not mean, however, that you have to be a professional in dealing with computer-aided design methods - on the contrary!
A free, easy to use CAD software for creating the required file(s) in the common SZA format can be found in the geersCUTTING webshop. For many common areas of application, parameterised templates are also available for download there, in order to design individual models quickly and easily on this basis. Of course, you can also use your existing CAD program to create suitable files in DXF, DWG or STP formats and then upload them via the web shop. If the STP file format is used, experienced users also have the option of providing us with their own bending table or using or downloading the table provided as part of the settlement process and modifying it according to their own wishes.
For the uncomplicated processing of further similar or even identical production orders, a table can also be saved as a template in the own webshop account.
