The roller blind cover is an effective protection system as an alternative to the use of telescopic covers and bellows. They offer guideway protection against oil, coolant, dust and water splashes with minimum space requirement. They are easy to install, have a long service life, are suitable for high travel speeds and can be used in many different ways thanks to the wide range of materials available. In case of chip accumulation, we recommend a link apron instead of a fabric tape. Roller blind covers without a box can be elegantly integrated into the machine concept in confined spaces. Roller blind covers with box provide additional protection for the winding mechanism. Wipers can be mounted on the housing to prevent dirt and chips from being drawn in.
