Description
Riveting nut is also called riveting nut, self-fastening nut, which is applied to a kind of nut on thin plate or sheet metal. Its shape is round, and one end has embossed teeth and guide groove. Its principle is to press into the preset hole position of the sheet metal through embossing teeth, generally speaking, the aperture of the preset hole is slightly smaller than that of the embossing teeth of the press riveting nut, and the flower teeth of the press riveting nut are squeezed into the plate by pressure, so that the periphery of the preset hole produces plastic deformation, and the deformed object is squeezed into the guide groove, thus producing the locking effect.

In-saiL sheet metal fasteners provide deep tapped female thread or studs to be used in conjunction with thin sheet metallic materials. They are permanently attached to the parent material allowing the associated bolt(or nut) to be removed in service without risk of the fastener becoming dialoged.

We also have a complete laboratory for mechanical measurements including torque testing, pull/push-out testing, and reliability testing such as Salt Spray Testing. DGM has been awarded the certification of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.DGM has partnered with the highest quality overseas producers of PEM. or PSM equivalent parts and self clinching hardware. We have local partnership for die casting, precision stamping and plastic injection moulding, if customers should need these products. So we can be one-stop solution.
