Our company was founded in 1884 in Steinbach-Hallenberg by Adolf Usbeck and has its roots in the centuries-old craft traditions of the Thuringian Forest. This is where the "Schmalkalder articles", famous in Europe and the world, were created, including the hand tools we manufacture. They were already distributed on our continent and overseas around the turn of the last century and were presented at the Paris World Exhibition in 1900.
For more than 125 years, ADUCHSO has been able to adapt its products to the latest technological developments and to contribute to their development.
In the decades after World War II, our company was the sole manufacturer of special wrenches for the optical industry and mechanic's sockets. After 1990 our company became a subcontractor of the furniture industry and nowadays it attaches great importance to the development of new products with up-to-date design.
