DISC and SmartDISK drives for side-load-free bolting
The patented drives are our standard for secure bolting. On the one hand, the drive is completely encapsulated and no rotating components are accessible from outside. This avoids injuries that can occur when using conventional socket drives. This increases work safety and offers enormous advantages, especially in vertical and overhead applications, since the drive can be practically "attached" to the screw connection via DISC™ or SmartDISK™.
CLAMP and SmartSTUD drives for torsion-free preloading
These drives are available for CLAMP™ in the versions TN and CN as standard up to M150. The compact design and the small outer diameters (only 1.6x nominal thread diameter) ensure the transmission of high torques and can be adapted at any time if necessary. Similar to the DISC, the CLAMP can also be used to "attach" the drive together with the assembly tool to the screw connection.

Sockets up to 3-1/2" for all TorcTensioners and Torque Screwdrivers
Our socket program offers all users the choice between short and long sockets in the square sizes 3/4" to 3-1/2". In both metric and imperial widths. And if the use of standard hexagon sockets is not possible for reasons of space, we supply the internal hexagon as a double hexagon (12-point) or in the EasyFit™ version.

Hydraulic hoses up to 700 bar operating pressure with 4-fold safety
There are no compromises in terms of operating safety for hydraulic hoses either. Thus, all nominal diameter 4 and nominal diameter 6 single and twin hoses have a 4-fold burst pressure safety against 700 bar. As standard, all hoses are available from stock in lengths of 5 metres and 10 metres in the usual purchase quantities. But also every special length can be manufactured in the shortest time. And this with any desired type of coupling.

QuickStep™Hydraulik-Coupling
The newly developed QuickStep™ hydraulic coupling is not only part of the SmartPOWER™ hydraulic power pack, but can also be found on all TorcTensioners and hydraulic hoses. For the first time, this coupling guarantees a 4:1 safety against 700 bar in both coupled and uncoupled condition and is compatible with the HYTORC safety couplings and the Parker Pioneer series. The QuickStep™ hydraulic couplings are available with 1/4" NPT female and 1/4" NPT male threads.

Hydraulic pressure gauge up to 700 bar
All electric and pneumatic SmartPOWER™ hydraulic power packs are supplied with glycerine-filled pressure gauge of accuracy class 1.0 in stainless steel housing. Furthermore, other pressure gauges are also available in accuracy classes 0.15, 0.6 and 1.6. And with a test certificate on request. Pressure gauges with digital-optical display are only available for the hydraulic power packs of the JetPro series and require a separate 24V connection.
Safety remote controls
The standard length for all safety remote controls is 5 metres and can be extended to 10 metres on request. Please contact us for further individual length adjustments with regard to short-term realisation. We use extremely flat and robust remote controls that are clipped onto the overall or belt. This saves searching on site and protects the remote control against unwanted damage.
