The vacuum belts (haul-off belts) are mainly used in vertical forming, filling and sealing machines, so-called tubular bag machines. The basis of these vacuum timing belts for form, fill and seal machines is always an endless brand-name timing belt with winding nose on the back of the belt. This is coated in a special endless Esband process and has an above-average functional reliability. Due to tightly set manufacturing tolerances, Esband vacuum take-off belts, for example, achieve optimum friction values and convince with great consistency at high cycle rates. In addition, the Esband pull-off belts ensure optimum power transmission and precise film pull-off. To extend the service life and thus your output quantity, only carrier materials and coatings with particularly high abrasion resistance are processed.
