Conveyor belt technology is our core skill and with the help of our 18 experienced skilled workers it has made us an established supplier for line builders and operators since 1989.
We manufacture belt widths between 300 mm and 1800 mm using our modular systems which provide great flexibility while meeting customer requirements.

Conveyor belt frame in U-profile steel construction complete with:
Necessary crossmembers
Bolt-on belt supports made of U-profile steel construction with crossmembers
Drive station with single-barrel head drive:
Drive console made of sturdy U-profile steel construction
Spherically rotating driving drum with diamond-pattern rubber coating
Drive shaft with pillow block housing and spherical bearings
Two or three-piece belt tensioning stations with special seal in the upper drum
Conveyor belt as multi-layer rubber belt, EP quality with 12x safety
Drive via gear motor
Accessories consisting of:
1 Inside belt cleaner as plough scraper
1 unitoutside belt cleaner as pendular scraper, weighted and equipped with rubber lip
1 unitpull cord switch, complete with pull cord and deflection for two-sided emergency shutoff

About us

We offer the latest technology in mechanical engineering and steel structures from our headquarters in northern Saxony in Germany. From planning, design, manufacturing to installation and maintenance - everything from a single source. Our focus is on systems and special systems for gravel pits and quarries, i.e. plants for the extraction of various types of rock such as basalt, limestone, granite, gravel, volcanic rock and other raw rocks through coal mining, ship, truck and train loading facilities. Our materials handling technology is exemplary. Our delivery markets for this technology are Europe and North Africa. For regional clients we also have an interesting offer in the field of steel structures, pumps service as well as mineral oil distribution in the region of Torgau Oschatz in the German Federal State of Saxony.
