The most important parameters when planning a customized conveyor roll or belt solution are as follows:

• Weight and dimensions of the packaging good (contact area between packaging good and conveyor technic should be at least three rolls)
• Level differences within the conveyance
• Sensitivity of the packaging good in terms of refined surfaces, use in the food industry (requires a stainless steel solution) etc.
• Conveying velocity (e.g. buffer areas)
• Constitution of the ground
