The machine steel punch is pressed in with a press or percussion machine. For mounting in the machine, it has a pin or thread at the end of the shaft with which it can be accommodated in a holder. In some cases, a shape of the punch body adapted to the machine mounting is sufficient.
Due to the technically generated, even pressure and the precisely adjusted embossing angle, the machine stamp can also contain large-area inscriptions without the risk of jamming. This requires a stamping press or an impact device integrated into the production process.
