Our specialization is the manufacturing of Gear Hob, Involute Gear Cutters, Gear Shaper Cutter, Gear Shaving Cutter, Master Gears & all types of Milling Cutter. We offer complete engineering services utilizing state of the art CAD systems, as well as on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics for gear cutting tools.

Welter Werkzeugtechnik GmbH has been a reliable partner to bar turning companies for decades when it comes to automatic thread milling. We manufacture automatic thread milling cutters in KHSS-E and solid carbide for the most common automatic lathes such as Gildemeister, Index, Schütte, Tornos, Traub etc.

We offer a regrinding service for our tools as well as for tools from other manufacturers.

We also grind external threads in steel and carbide on a contract basis.
