- Two components: A glass fibre-reinforced material plus a soft inner coating result in products that can be used as loadbearing parts, for example. Such parts would be inconceivable without precise planning plus development and test phases.
- Test samples: Before ordering an injection mould, we often produce samples for approval using laser sintering or 3D printing to avoid the need to invest in a mould at this stage. Our machines can produce injection-moulded parts weighing between 5 and 6000 g.

Unless otherwise indicated in the dawin, FB Series way wipers are made of synthetic rubber with moulded-in steel insert.
The wipers are manufactured in special moulds, ensuring 100 % repeat-order accuracy.
Material properties of wiper lip

For permanent operating temperatures of up to 200°C or where the wipers
are exposed to particularly aggressive coolants or acids, they can also
be made from other elastomeres, such as FPM.
Flange wipers allow for a perfect protection for flanges, slides and tie bars, i.e. for any vulnerable slipways on machine tools. They are able to reliably wipe off dirt, chips, emery, even coolants and lubricants without getting tangled in the wiper itself and causing damage.
We produce flange wipers from a special synthetic fine-textured rubber. They are precisely shaped, extremely flexible, but nevertheless resistant to wear and tear. In addition, they are resistant to water, oil, acid and brine.
The protection of slideways has always been of considerable interest to the designers and manufactures of such machines. Especially as slideways are now subject to higher forces because of the improved performance of cutting tools, and increased cutting feed rates and rapid traverse rates. Through experience and development we have now way wipers in an elastic material which performs the task of keeping slideways clear of swarf, dust and all other abrasive materials.
