Drive wheels with a Diepothan® coating are convincing due to their wear resistance, high grip and durability.
Due to the good technical properties and a wide range of material qualities, we are able to design drive wheels and rollers especially for the application. The adjustment to special loads and special environmental influences, such as high humidity, UV radiation or various oils and greases in the environment, is just as possible as different shapes and sizes. Our in-house engineering is able to accompany you from the first samples from simple sample forms up to the product ready for series production.
The production of individual components as well as medium and large series are not a problem for us. The coating of provided basic bodies is just as possible as the delivery of the completely finished assembly. We can also carry out subsequent mechanical processing, e.g. regrinding or applying chamfers or heels.
