Polyurethane timing belts, manufactured in state-of-the-art production processes, are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength steel cords, aramid cords or special high flexible HF steel or VA tension cords. The combination of these materials forms the basis for the myriad applications in synchronous power transmission and for transport, conveying and positioning applications. In view of the many possible tooth shapes, materials and production methods, polyurethane timing belts exhibit superior mechanical, chemical and physical properties. Polyurethane timing belts ensure an even distribution of load during power transmission and the transmission of high torques, they have high load capacity, are flexible and, moreover, stand out because of their high longitudinal stiffness and thermal stability.
Polyurethane timing belts are produced in open lengths or welded endless, as sleeve or endless flex belts in almost all lengths and widths.
Open-ended polyurethane timing belts offer very high flexibility for synchronous conveying and positioning applications, and due to the large selection of tooth shapes innumerable application possibilities.
Polyurethane timing belts “V” welded endless
Endless welded timing belts are available in nearly all lengths. They are primarily used in conveying applications.
Polyurethane timing belts “M” in open lengths
Open timing belts are primarily used in linear applications.
Polyurethane molded timing belts (sleeves) are cast in special molds. This ensures very high pitch accuracy along the entire length of the belt, making them particularly suitable for quiet running and high speed.
Polyurethane timing belts “Flex” are extruded with endless winded cords. In these belts the cords are helically spooled. In view of their high power transmission capacity, these timing belts can be used for all types of power transmission as well as many different kinds of synchronous conveying and positioning applications.

Polyurethane wide timing belts welded endless in widths up to 600mm.
These timing belts were developed especially for synchronous conveying applications. Based on the large production widths as well as excellent mechanical and chemical properties, they are suitable for numerous applications. Special materials such as, for example, PU or nylon coatings suitable for foodstuffs on the tooth and back side are possible, too.

Keiper timing belts
are made of wear and tear resistant polyurethane or neoprene and high resistant cords. We have a large range of power transmission and conveying elements.

Polyurethane (PU) with steel cord reinforcement
Profile AT:
Endless toothed belt with trapezoidal profile and reinforced steel cord (compared to T-Series) with metric pitch. Optimised tooth profile for more uniform force distribution and lower tooth deformation under load. Reduced polygon effect for quieter belt operation. The toothed belts are intended for drives where precision is a requirement, safety is important and the effects of chemicals are a concern.
Profile T:
With trapezoidal profile to DIN 7721 T1 with metric pitch. Ideal for drives with high belt flexibility. Permits smallest pulley diameters.
Temperature range:
-30°C to +90°C

Rubber Timing Belt:Rubber timing belt with molded endless there are no seams or splices. are made of chloroprene with glass fibre or Aramid tension cords, high shear strength teeth with protective fabric running surfaces Timing Belts can be necessary for multiple reasons, such as for drives that require a constant speed transfer or for those drives that are required to be as maintenance-free as possible.
They can also be applied for multiple purposes, such as for high precision milling and grinding machines, office machines, household machines,

The production process, based on a unique and highly sophisticated technology, together with the high quality of the materials in use make our belts extremely precise.
Moulded Timing Belts are produced in sleeves at standard lengths and cut to requested belt width.
PU timing belts are available with all different types of cords, coatings and/or cams.
