Planet gears are small gears attached to a carrier (or carrier) called a planet carrier. These planetary gears orbit the sun gear and usually mesh internally with the ring gear
The internal structure of the planetary reducer is mainly composed of four parts. They are the sun gear (Sun Gear), planetary gear (Planetary Gear), ring gear (Ring Gear) and planetary arm (Carrier). In this gear system, the outer ring gear is fixed, and the sun gear driven by the motor is located in the center of the gear system, that is, the input shaft. The sun gear is driven by the motor and moves the planetary gear fixed in the planetary arm at the same time. In addition to its own rotation, the planetary gear also revolves around the axis of the sun gear. The planetary arm itself is the output shaft (or output shaft) of the reducer. While the planetary gear is running, the power of the motor is also transmitted through the carrier. The operation of this gear system is similar to the orbital movement of the planets in the solar system, and this is how the planetary gear system got its name. The reducer made with this structure is called a planetary reducer.
