To keep the drying period short and to move newly coated components quickly on to the next process, we recommend our heated drying tunnels. Using the circulating air, nozzles above and below the conveyor pass warmed air around the surface of the components.
Chilled air is drawn in, heated anew and again assists the drying process. The heater needs fresh air only to replace the exhaust fumes of the burners. The heating system offers short response times, a wide adjustment range and economic energy consumption.

The cabin housing consists of 50 mm thick galvanized sheet steel cassettes, white coated inside and outside. The double-walled cassette construction elements are filled with pressed rock wool on the inside and white on the outside. They are assembled by tongue and groove connection.
