Cable lugs are made from copper sheet or rod stock up to 3mm thickness. Alternative materials or thicknesses can be supplied upon request. The cable lugs can be welded or soldered. Crimping onto copper stranded wires, whether insulated or bare, is also possible. A subsequent treatment such as tin plating, nickel-plating or silver coating completes the process.
