We manufacture transformers and winding materials for you from all common core designs such as EE, ETD, EC, EP, RM, PM, UI or pot cores. Wire, stranded wire, HF stranded wire with various insulations can be used as winding material. Copper foils in various widths and thicknesses are also used. The transformers can be impregnated in an electrical insulation resin system under vacuum, which results in an enormous improvement in reliability. There is also the possibility to cast the coiled goods in a cup with polyurethane resin;

Since 1986 our company has been engaged in the design and manufacture of customer-specific magnetic components such as transformers, chokes, transformers, toroidal windings as well as other winding goods and assemblies. Since then, our developments and products have stood for innovation and quality. Our winding goods are developed and manufactured according to customer requirements, from simple to very complex components, from single pieces (e.g. as high-voltage transformers) to large series (e.g. as transformers or transformers for telecommunications). In order to achieve a product according to the ideas of our customers, we accompany and advise on new developments from the design phase up to the finished series product.
