The building is made of reinforced concrete in the quality C35/45.The station body is manufactured in one casting, in the so-called cell design without construction joint (bell casting method), to ensure high short-circuit and arc fault safety. The optionally available cable cellar is also manufactured in cell construction. This achieves the highest possible water and oil tightness and this without additional coating. On request, the oil collecting surface can be provided with an additional oil-resistant coating. A sealing of the tub
with a system approved according to WHG is also possible.
For the feed-through of cables and pipes, sealing systems of various certified manufacturers are available.
In the concrete intermediate floor, all recesses for the medium and low voltage cables as well as for the
connecting cables of the transformer are located. An entrance possibility (approx. 60 x 60 cm) as access to the cable cellar is covered by a 25 mm thick plywood plate (multiplex) and locked with 2 sash fasteners to prevent arcing. The gap between the roof and the wall is sealed with a UV-resistant and air-permeable filter foam and is also used as under roof ventilation. The roof is guided against lateral displacement and serves as pressure relief in the event of an arcing fault. If necessary, the roof can also be firmly connected to the building structure. Alternatively, the building can also be supplied with a hipped roof-like 100 - 130 mm thick reinforced concrete slab.
The building can be equipped with different sizes of doors and ventilation grids according to requirements.
The assembly of the structure is carried out in the factory.
The prefabricated building is supplied and erected with and without cable cellar according to requirements.

Get to know our history
Founded in 2013, ABMT started out with the intention of selling and refurbishing electrical transformers. In 2015, after winning a contract to recycle transformers in Piauí, the company expanded its operations to recover other materials that make up transformers, such as mineral oil, copper, aluminum, ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
In 2020, it began expanding its factory structure and, the following year, doubled its fleet of trucks. Also in 2021, it signed its first international contract. Finally, in 2023, it signed a contract with one of the country's largest electricity utilities.
