Processing technology for various organic wastes for wet fermentation

In the Lohse wet processing technology, a pumpable, easily fermentable suspension with a very low content of impurities is obtained by means of the "pulper technology" and screening.
First, the organic waste is dissolved in the wet waste dissolver by strong stirring and at the same time heavy materials (stones, glass) are separated.
In the downstream screening unit, further impurities are gently separated from the suspension. The suspension thus obtained can be processed in a downstream fermentation.
The Lohse wet pulper and the downstream screening unit are manufactured in different sizes, according to the amount of waste to be processed up to approx. 12 tons per hour.
