For highest purity requirements we have been manufacturing Super-AQUADEM® polishing systems in application- and customer-specific design up to a capacity of 20.000 l/h since 1978. Each polisher of these systems with a volume of up to 600 l is filled exclusively with high-quality semi-conductor grade ultrapure resins. An additional scavenger with special TOC adsorbers ensures lowest organic components in the ultrapure water, which can be reduced to < 0.5 ppb TOC by additional UV oxidation.All materials used and materials in contact with the media are carefully matched to customer-specific requirements; from the simple PP version to the PVDF-HP version in IR Plus® welding technology or the WNF® welding process.

We offer all important techniques for the production of demineralised water to ultrapure water: Reverse osmosis / softening Membrane degassing UV disinfection UV oxidation Polisher / mixed bed filter ElectroDeIonisation (EDI).
