The optimal supplement for your system. The waste water neutralization plant type AWN can be integrated as a further element into the fume cupboard substructure. It is used for the neutralisation of acid and/or alkaline waste water from the scrubber or laboratory area.
The mode of operation The neutralisation plant type AWN works according to the batch principle. The capacity of max. 600l/h is adapted to the use in laboratories. The waste water is collected in the integrated collecting tank and, once the required level has been reached, is transferred to the neutralisation tank. Subsequently, lye or acid is periodically added under constant pH value recording and circulation according to the set final pH value.
Already during the neutralization process the collection tank can be filled again, whereby waiting times during the running laboratory operation can be almost excluded. After reaching the set final pH value, the neutralized medium is pumped into the waste water system via a 3-way motorized ball valve.
