ATM stands for Arnold Technology for Metal recycling - based on more than 80 years of experience. ATM develops, manufactures and services high-performance metal recycling systems.
The ATM Recycling Systems team focuses on the development of performance advantages in the areas of market understanding, engineering, manufacturing and customer service.

Here the cans are pressed out in our press type Pühler MSV 200 or Pühler MSV 300. The pellet (consisting of metal and approx. 20% of the can contents adhering to it) is fed into a shredder via a transport pipe. Here the metallic parts are shredded into small pieces and fed into a washing drum via a chute. In the washing drum, the organic components are washed off and are pumped into the collecting tray under the press. As a result of this material treatment we obtain pure organic waste which can be disposed of in biogas plants or used as rework (for example in dog food). The metal that comes out of the washing drum is clean so that it can be used as an additive in the smelting process.

Our new Briquetting press HaRo3 with automatic tongs and pre-compressor we manufacture ourselves. You can only buy the machine from us. The briquetting presses are CE-compliant and manufactured in accordance with the latest directives.

Wear-resistant plate coating – HARDOX – allowing to extend the machine’s service life. The hardox liners are bolted into the extrusion channel and compacting chambers and can be easily replaced.
