For the size reduction and reprocessing of plastic waste of all kinds from production, processing and waste plastic collection, Neue Herbold offers a comprehensive range of machines and plants specially (individually) tailored to the task at hand. Connected to this core program (granulators, tube mills, profile mills, shredders, fine grinding plants, washing plants, hot washing plants, dryers, friction washers, intensive washers, separation containers, ...) is a special machine construction (hammer mills, guillotine shears, screw crushers, bale breakers), which implements the reprocessing of recyclable materials, e.g. computer scrap, insulating materials, aerated concrete blocks, waste wood, and others.
Founded in 1995, the company employs about 70 people at its site in Sinsheim-Reihen, who form an experienced, innovative team in development, engineering, production, administration and sales. The technical sales department is the contact in cooperation with more than 40 representatives worldwide.
Precise, cost-efficiency oriented planning is followed by high-tech production, which is constantly accompanied by quality assurance to produce a product that meets the highest requirements of shredding technology.

HAMMEL Documented
In 1996 HAMMEL Recyclingtechnik GmbH started out with three employees at its headquarters in Bad Salzungen, Germany. Since then we improve and continue to expand our expertise in the field of shredding technology. Today, HAMMEL Recyclingtechnik GmbH is a leader in the area of shredding technology with approx. 600 employees worldwide.
The final assembly of the HAMMEL products takes place in the heart of Thuringia, in Bad Salzungen, Germany.
In cooperation with our customers we always strive to find the best solution that inspires both technically and economically.

The world's first mobile scrap processing plant was developed, designed and manufactured by HAMMEL Recyclingtechnik GmbH. With this complete system, it was possible for the first time to process mixed materials into material specific separated end products in just one single step.
Also in the area of screening technology with the metal screen MMS 150, a combination of pre-screen and magnetic separator, company HAMMEL Recyclingtechnik GmbH is an innovative leader. And even in regards to sound emission HAMMEL Recyclingtechnik GmbH dictates the direction. Average sound pressure levels of 92 decibels from a VB 950 are standards which continue to set the benchmark.

Our company, founded in 1974 under the name of KOÇ KUMLAMA, established its first surface blasting system as a supplier in Turkey and has been contributing to the sector for many years by meeting the demands of the market. KOÇ KUMLAMA has continuously improved in surface treatment in the following years and has kept pace with the developing technologies with vibrators and deburring, polishing and drying abrasives used in these machines since 1993. The company, renamed KAYAKOCVIB in 19..., strengthened its quality and structure prioritizing R&D and continued its production according to the demands of customers by making all necessary preparations to keep pace with the developing and changing market conditions.

For the past four decades, the WEIMA brand has stood for sustainability and for robust shredding technology "Made in Germany". Our machines lay the foundation for a resource-saving future and are at the beginning of many recycling cycles. With over 300 employees in Germany and abroad, we produce over 1,300 solutions a year and thus actively contribute to environmental protection.

Plastics shredding, granulation, and washing systems, including complete recycling plants, are the important part of the Genox product range. The success of our tire recycling systems again proves that Genox has the knowledge and ability to supply high quality, heavy duty shredding equipment, and first class project engineering. Traditional Shear Shredders, Heavy Duty Raspers, Finishing Granulators, Product Classifiers and Separation Equipment embracing advanced, effective designs help to reduce power consumption, aid effective maintenance and minimize operational costs. These high output plants can be used to process car, commercial, truck and even larger (OTR) tires without pre-removal of the steel bead, we can therefore supply fully automated systems.
Genox scrap recycling plants, designed for processing E-Waste, Copper Cable, UBC′s etc. Is another area of the recycling industry we continue to support. Depending on the application we offer Shear Shredders, Heavy Duty Granulators, Vertical Crushers (Densifiers), Eddy Current Separators and various types of Air Separation Systems. We also offer smaller capacity plants such as combined Cable Recycling Systems which are ideal for customers looking for small investment recycling opportunities.
We have over time developed an extensive network of experienced business partners and distributors worldwide who regularly provide feedback on product demand and experiences from their customers. They also hold large inventories of spare parts and standard specification equipment for quick delivery and service to their respective target markets.
