LÖSOMAT Hydraulic Units give your torque wrenches the power for every bolting application.
The fast pumps with 2 and 3-stages
technology produce up to 800 bar output. State-of-the-art under-oil
drive motors ensure a high pump output at maximum pressure.
They have a novel cooling air supply (patent-filed) included for optimal cooling of the unit even under extreme loads.
There are three various Controls available for the Hydraulic Units:
Manual Control (LHU-M), Automatic Control (LHU-A) and Modular Control -
Solution (LHU-S)
The LHU Solution series is the High End model in modern hydraulic
unit technology. In addition to the basic bolting methods (manual,
automatic, torque-rotation angle), the control can be retrofitted
according to your requirements with additional modules. The operator
controls the entire bolting process per remote control.

The new EcoPump™ hydraulic power packs best convert engine power into high delivery volume and deliver new performance in terms of operating speed, ease of service and simple handling.
The new EcoPump™ hydraulic pump makes conventional bolting even easier and more user-friendly. It provides the necessary flow rate to efficiently control the operating speed of all hydraulic TorcTensioners and uses the very latest control and monitoring technology.
EASY concept With a solid basis, EcoPump™ is a reliable hydraulic power pack that can be expanded modularly at any time. This provides the user with a high degree of flexibility and guarantees adaptation to the respective requirements on site.
EasyControl™ Control unit
A newly developed control unit ensures reliable operation under all normal conditions. The standard EasyControl™ control unit can be updated at any time. An automatic control unit can be retrofitted just as quickly as a documentation unit for controlling an assembly process according to VDI 2230.

Valve C
ontrol™ The most important valves and control units are located outside the actual hydraulic system. Maintenance is simplified and maintenance can be carried out more quickly and accurately. A construction as simple as it is ingenious!

SIMULTORC StreamLine™ adapter
Especially for use on flanged connections with the LEAKAGE ZERO CONCEPT, the EcoPump™ hydraulic power pack is supplied with a flow-optimised SIMULTORC adapter.
QuickStep™ Hydraulic Coupling
The newly developed QuickStep™ hydraulic coupling is not only a component of the EcoPump™ hydraulic power pack, but also of all TorcTensioners and hydraulic hoses. For the first time, this coupling guarantees a 4:1 safety against 700 bar in both coupled and uncoupled condition and is compatible with the HYTORC safety couplings and the Parker Pioneer series.
Leak-proof in any position
The new tank concept means that the EcoPump™ can be used in any position. Due to the leak-proof tank, the entire system is TIGHT and therefore the hydraulic unit can also be shipped and transported "tanked up".
