The ICE™ TorcTensioners with their unique design offer even better on-site application possibilities plus significantly more safety. The newly developed hydraulic connection can be rotated through 360° in two planes and can also be folded through 180°.
The ICE™ TorcTensioner was developed and optimized for use with the DISC™, the CLAMP™, the SmartDISK™ and the SmartSTUD™. With a new, self-relieving automatic angle of rotation, a high degree of angle of rotation accuracy per stroke is achieved on the one hand, and on the other hand, mounting and dismounting is made easier. The ICE™ TorcTensioners can no longer get stuck on the application.
Transverse force-free pretensioning
The drive of the ICE™ TorcTensioner holds on to a hexagonal washer under the nut or the screw head and tensions the screw connections completely axially. As a result, the pretensioning forces are achieved exactly and the bolt connections are subjected to higher loads. The preload force accuracy is significantly below ±10%. This alone makes the system more accurate than any bolt tensioning cylinder.
Torsion-free pretensioning
The ICE™ TorcTensioner in conjunction with the CLAMP™ expansion nut and the SmartSTUD™ - the world's first torsion-free screw - ensures torsion-free and torsion-free tightening in the smallest of spaces. The preload force accuracy of this axial preload system is less than ±5% even with very short clamping lengths!
Ideally combined
The ICE™ TorcTensioners achieve full economic efficiency with the newly developed hydraulic power pack EcoPump™. Just like the ICE™ TorcTensioner, the EcoPump™ can be ideally adapted to all applications. This guarantees later, simple and inexpensive updates as well as the conversion of EcoPump™ to use the most diverse tightening methods according to VDI 2230.
