The malt required for brewing is generally delivered in bags and processed into grist using a two-roller grist mill.
The brewhouse of the pub brewery in which the wort preparation and boiling with hops takes place consists of the combined mashing and lauter tun, the combined mashing and wort kettle and the whirlpool.
The two brew tuns as well as the whirlpool are made of stainless steel in the same design with classic copper hoods. All three vessels are connected with an operating platform. The tanks required for fermentation and storage of the wort are located in the tank room of the pub brewery. Their shape is cylindroconical. They have a double jacket for cooling.
