AIRGENEX®food - Drying for food
Dry gently and safely with AIRGENEX®food
Behind AIRGENEX®food is a specially developed and highly efficient drying technology, which is able to combine seemingly contradictory attributes such as low temperatures and short drying times through its alternative physical approach. In a temperature range of 20° to 90°C, high-quality drying results are achieved by using extremely dry air and an individually adapted air flow. Thus, food and animal feed, but also primary and secondary packaging in the food sector are subject to the highest level of product protection and product safety. The so-called "heat pump-based condensation drying" is therefore the ideal answer to many a drying problem. The integrated heat pump technology ensures maximum efficiency in the drying process. Drying always takes place in a closed system and is therefore completely independent of the climate. Production environments are not affected. Positive results in terms of bioactivity, aroma and appearance are always achieved. Further use of the recovered condensate is possible. The AIRGENEX®food condensation drying is a flexible system that can be integrated into any type of process. Air dehumidification by means of a heat pump can be used for batch operations of any kind as well as for all continuous processes. The design of the AIRGENEX®food drying systems complies with the hygienic design.
Drying and cooling
With minor adjustments, the AIRGENEX®food condensation drying can also be used for cooling if this is desired or required by the process. We are happy to offer the elaboration of energy-efficient concepts how surplus energy from our cooling system can be integrated into other processes of your company.
