The production complex consists of three workshops:
preparation of raw materials
lyophilization (sublimation)
packaging
Lyophilization is a method of removing water from a product by subliming H2O molecules at a low temperature. Simply put, products are first subjected to rapid dry freezing, and then, under vacuum conditions, moisture is gradually removed without exposure to high temperature. As a result, water immediately turns from ice into steam, bypassing the liquid phase, and is removed from the substance without destroying vitamins and protein structure.
This approach to food processing makes it possible to preserve their structure, taste and nutritional properties as much as possible, and most importantly, to ensure long—term storage (up to five years or more). without loss of quality.
There is also a modern warehouse for finished products, a laboratory and a testing center.
