BBS GmbH was established in summer 2004 through the merger between BAY Wärmetechnik GmbH and Bay Engineering und Consulting. The new company united the production of industrial boiler systems together with the know-how required for engineering modern energy systems and environmental technology.
Today we are able to look back over 60 years of experience in the field of industrial heating technology.
Three product groups: Steam boilers, high temperature boilers and thermal oil boilers comprise our company's scope of supply.
When developing rapid steam generators, we were the first to bring this type of boiler to the German market.
Heat transfer oil technology in Europe was shaped in part by us. The first thermal oil boilers were constructed as early as 1962.
In addition to manufacturing serial products, we also develop and manufacture a whole range of boilers and apparatus for special applications employed in the cosmetics, chemical, petrochemical and foodstuffs industries.
The special feature of our concepts is its targeted approach towards the specific needs and requirements of the customer. Our engineers do not start by running through our catalogue and seeking out something suitable to use, instead they design a technical solution on the basis of the task at hand.
We develop our systems with consideration to the available space and weather conditions, the materials requirements, the fire protection class; also with consideration to the applicable national legislation.
Regardless of the industry from which an order originates, we offer the optimum solution.

Founded in 1977, NESTRO® Lufttechnik GmbH is currently one of the large established manufacturers of products and systems for extraction and filter technology and for their downstream heating technology, for surface engineering and for sorting and disposal technology. About 260 employees develop and produce the equipment according to individual customer specifications at the three production sites in Germany, Poland and Hungary.

We are an engineering company for system construction operating on an international basis in the energy field. Our core activities are the manufacture and sale of complete systems and components for the generation of process heat. The main media implemented are thermal oil, water and steam, whilst special media such as gases may also be employed as heat carriers.
Our two most important business spheres are:

• Heat generation and transfer systems for industrial plants and ships on the basis of thermal oil, water and steam
• Service and maintenance for boilers and process systems
