The workpiece (component) preheating furnace is widely suitable for various spinning components, filters, and the preheating and insulation of dies and parts on thermoplastic plastic extrusion equipment in the chemical fiber industry, such as polyester, nylon, and polypropylene. It is also applicable for drying, baking, and heat treatment in research institutions and laboratories.The outer frame of the component preheating furnace is constructed using shaped steel and steel plates. The inner chamber is made of heat-resistant stainless steel plates, with high-quality aluminum silicate wool filled between the outer panels and the furnace chamber for thermal insulation. Both box-type and horizontal furnaces are equipped with hot air circulation fans as required. The fan evenly distributes the heat generated by the electric heating tubes to the workpieces inside the furnace chamber, creating a thermally uniform circulation system. This furnace can also be used as a heat preservation furnace.
