Synchronized lifting and lowering of heavy loads made easy. With our Hydrosynchron heavy loads are moved simply and safely synchronously with hydraulic lifting equipment. Without complex, electronic control components, our systems work trouble-free, even in tough assembly applications.

Mobile and applicable everywhere

Do you want to lift heavy loads synchronously, quickly, anywhere and without great effort? Then our Hydrosynchron is just the right thing for you. The 450 versions of the Hydrosynchron can be easily transported in a car. But even the large models can be brought to any construction site with a normal transporter. With the Hydrosynchron, there is no need to set up large power units with complicated controls or move hydraulic cylinders individually with hydraulic hand pumps.
Another advantage is the possibility to operate our printing units without electricity. The Hydrosynchron 450/200 can move 4 hydraulic cylinders synchronously on the most inaccessible construction sites with just one cordless screwdriver.

Synchronous lifting with asymmetrical loads

Even with uneven load distribution, as can occur when lifting top-heavy lathes, for example, the hydro-synchronous keeps its promise. The basis for this is our integrated linear synchronous flow divider (LGM), which guarantees perfect synchronism. The LGM is a hydro-mechanical unit that works with a dosing volume and permits various functions via a control block. Thus, with the chaos function, each connected hydraulic cylinder can be moved to different positions up to the object to be moved and still be moved synchronously after switching to synchronous operation.
