RATIONAL Technische Lösungen GmbH has been the specialist for industrial ultrasonic cleaning for three decades now. From compact devices to fully automated systems - we help our customers to find the right solution for their individual application.
In most cases, the use of ultrasound in an aqueous solution ensures fast, gentle and yet extremely efficient cleaning.
We are also constantly striving to develop ourselves further. In addition to ultrasonic cleaning, our service portfolio also includes decoating technology. With our single to multi-stage systems, even complex decoating processes can be easily implemented for your coated tools.
The project planning, engineering and final production of our products is carried out centrally just outside the beautiful Hanseatic city of Rostock.
In this way, we are able to respond flexibly to the individual requirements of our customers and ensure optimum cleaning results.

BRIGE steht für deutsche Ingenieurskunst, gebaut in Deutschland. Seit vielen Jahren herrscht speziell in der Oberflächentechnik Branche das Problem des Förderkettenabriebs -oder risses. Hierzu haben die Gründer der BRIGE GmbH, Kent Bridgewater und Sven Simeitis, in mehr als 5.000 Arbeitsstunden u.a. das BRIGE B-CLEAN System der Nassreinigung von Förderketten entwickelt. Die Besonderheit des BRIGE High-Tech Nassreinigungsautomaten ist, dass dieser sogar während der laufenden Produktionsanlage die Förderkette reinigen kann. Zusätzlich entwickelt und vertreibt BRIGE die energiesparenden B-AIR Unit Lufterzeuger in den Ausführungen Tornado Power und Tornado Power 4.0.
