Heated PTFE twin hose for polyurethane foam processing
Heating two separate pressure hoses prevents the components from cooling on the transport route from the machine to the workstation and from reacting with each other in a less than optimal way. Special designs are manufactured on customer request.

Dechengwang PTFE tubes are in extruded and molded type, and are available in virgin PTFE, modified PTFE and PTFE Compounds with the widest range of metric size. Up to diameter 260 mm we can supply standard extruded lengths of 1000, 2000 and 3000 mm. larger diameters up to approx 950 mm will be molded. Maximum length depends on the diameter and ranges from 100 mm to 300 mm.

The hose is used in an environment where the threaded hose is required to be highly soft and flexible at the same time, and the stainless steel spiral is reinforced; it is conducive to the resistance to high vacuum and distortion of the hose. The anti-bonding characteristics of PTFE promote the transportation of materials without any problems, and the smooth inner wall can prevent the formation of dirt nests and bacteria. The hose can be easily cleaned, because this hose is FDA certified, because the PTFE smoothing tube is suitable for the food industry.

Temperature range: -60°C to +260°C, mainly depending on the material and reinforcement material of the hose; the standard configuration includes pipe installation test files that comply with the EN1020 3.1 standard and the pressure equipment directive (PED97/23 EC) level. PTFE smooth hose type C can be equipped with application-specific connectors and coupling configurations.

Structure: Inner tube: PTFE. White, threaded, seamless extrusion, meets FDA standards;
Hose exterior: stainless steel wire mesh, polypropylene mesh, PVDF or stainless steel wire mesh braided, with rubber coating.
