for pre-terminated cables

The patented cable entry system enables the user to enter, seal and provide strain relief for pre-terminated and standard cables.
The key feature of icotek’s patented system is the split frame and split grommets which provide quick, convenient and cost effective routeing of pre-terminated and standard cables. The split frame and split grommets alleviate the need to cut and re-wire pre-terminated cables. Therefore, cable warranties are unaffected. Cables, pipes and conduits with various diameters can be routed due to large variety of split grommets. When assembled correctly, the split grommets are held tightly within the frame. Correctly sizing the grommet to the cable diameter ensures a high degree of protection (up to IP65 / NEMA 4X) and provides strain relief.
For basic cable routeing, icotek offers cable entry frames with brush grommets. 

Benefits: 

1. Split system 
Split grommets are positively guided into the frame. This ensures a tight seal around the cables and strain relief according to EN 50262 / 62444.
2. No new punch out tools required 
Drilling templates as well as cut-outs according to the standard dimensions for multi-pole connectors (e.g. Harting, Wieland).
3. Tight connection 
Uniquely designed frame and grommets assure a tight, secure unit. 
 4. Flexibility 
Standard grommets are designed to accommodate only one cable. Utilising grommets that pass two and four cables greatly increases packing density.

For the production of precision ball screws, steels of the quality ČSN 14 260, CF53 or 42CrMo4 (shafts) and 14 109 or 14 209 (nuts) are used. The nuts and the threaded part of the spindle are case-hardened and reach a hardness of 58-60 HRC. The core and non-hardened parts of the shaft have a minimum strength of Rm = 650 MPa.
