CNC short turned parts / precision turned parts with simple or complex geometries on state-of-the-art CNC short turning machines up to 60 mm (bar)/200 mm (chuck) diameter in complete machining.
We specialise in the production of trapezoidal threaded spindles and nuts.

Precision metal casting refers to metal parts with high precision, complex structure and excellent performance manufactured through the casting process, which are widely used in aerospace, automotive, medical, energy and other fields
Investment casting (lost wax casting)
Process characteristics: use wax moulds to make one-time refractory shells, then melt away the wax moulds to get precision shells, and finally pour the molten metal into the shells.
Advantages: high dimensional accuracy, high surface finish and complex shape parts can be obtained; suitable for the production of high-value, high-complexity castings.
Application: aviation engine, precision instrument parts, medical equipment, etc..
Die casting (high pressure die casting and cold chamber die casting)
Process characteristics: the use of high pressure to inject molten metal into steel moulds, rapid solidification under high pressure to form castings.
Advantages: high production efficiency, good repeatability, suitable for mass production.
Limitations: mould cost is high, applicable materials are mainly aluminium, magnesium, zinc and its alloys.
Centrifugal Casting
Process characteristics: the molten metal is poured into the rotating mould, with the help of centrifugal force to make the metal uniformly distributed, close to fill the mould, suitable for manufacturing axisymmetric or hollow parts.
Advantages: dense casting organisation, few defects, suitable for the manufacture of cylinders, pipe fittings, gear blanks, etc..
Vanishing Mould Casting
Process characteristics: the use of foam or wax mould as a model, the model in the casting process ‘disappears’, the formation of complex shapes of castings.
Advantages: can cast complex structure, high precision products, moulds do not need to be reused.
Application: high complexity parts, decorative parts, aviation components.
Vacuum die casting and extrusion die casting
Vacuum die casting: in the die casting process to pump out the gas in the mould, eliminate porosity, improve the quality of castings, commonly used in the requirements of high mechanical properties and surface quality products.
Extrusion die casting: the liquid metal in high pressure extrusion moulding, both casting and forging advantages, suitable for manufacturing structural parts and high strength parts.
Process and mould design
Mould design: precision castings require moulds with high precision, high heat resistance and good exhaust design. Moulds are generally made of high-strength tool steel, and the design of mould parting line, gate, runner and ejector system all play a key role in casting quality.
Pouring and Cooling: During the pouring process, the liquid metal temperature, pouring speed and pressure need to be strictly controlled to ensure that the metal fills the mould uniformly; at the same time, an appropriate cooling system is used to control the solidification rate to reduce internal stress and shrinkage defects.
Post-processing: including removal of excess material, surface finishing, heat treatment or chemical cleaning, etc., to further improve dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
