Leather bellows are produced custom-made, or in stitched design. By applying a PU plastic coating, these bellows become resistant to many environmental conditions. An optional bellow reinforcement, by way of added/stitched-in rings, makes this bellow practically resilient to any environment.
We produce leather bellows from CN leather (chrome-tanned cow shagreen) or from Sebatan leather (leather resistant to heat and acids).

Leather is durable and hard-wearing, has a high resistance to tearing and bending, is resistant to aging and temperature resistant. Leather can be processed well, it can be shaped and sewn. This is why leather is an ideal material for the production of protection bellows, particularly for heavy duty applications. Very good abrasion and temperature resistance. Ideal also for oscillating movements.

Leather bellows are manufactured to customer´s specifications. The thickness of the material will vary depending on size of between 0.4 and 3mm. The smallest previously manufactured diameter is 30 mm and the largest 3,000 mm.
For retrofitting and for ease of assembly leather bellows may be provided with a zipper or Velcro.
